Q: I would like a survival kit / sweet box for an occasion not currently listed. Can you help?
A: It may be possible, depending on your requirements. Send us a message and we will try and help if we can. Some of our current products were created as a result of customer enquires.
Q: Can you create the survival kit in a different colour bag to that shown in the image?
A: Survival kits are normally sent out in the colour bag shown in the image. However, if you would like a different colour then please send us a message before ordering and we will let you know what colours we have in stock and if we can meet your needs. The colours we usually have in stock are turquoise, hot pink, baby pink, purple, dark red/burgundy and yellow/gold.
Q: Will the price be included if I send it straight to the recipient?
A: No. We have removed the price from any paperwork we send out with the gifts in case they are being sent directly to the recipient. If you need an invoice with a price, we would be happy to email you one in addition to the payment confirmation you will receive from PayPal.
